Your Instructor: Rachel
Rachel has been teaching dance fitness and other fitness formats since 2013. A typical class includes a mix of latin, bollywood, bellydance and her favorite bachata. Rachels classes are taught visually as well as with words and directions so everyones learning style is covered. The classes are fun, energetic and simple.
